Terms and Conditions

Experienced boaters are welcome but new boaters are too.

Renter must be 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license, and a major credit for reservations.

We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. (For security reasons we still require a major credit card on file when paying cash for boat rental).

Reserved rental time must be adhered to without exception.

Return Late Charge: $30.00 for every 30 minutes late.

Cleaning Charges: $25.00 if boat is returned in unacceptable condition.

Pet charge:  $25.00.

Cancellation Policy: Renter must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or be charged the full amount of rental. No show and no notification will also be charged full rental price.  Inclement weather: please contact Pier 88 at least 2 HOURS prior to reservation time to reschedule or you will be charged the full amount of the rental.

We supply all necessary equipment but you will be charged for lost items and any damage to the boat.

Your boat will be gassed, serviced and ready to go.  You pay only for gas and oil used on your return.

No Grills Allowed.
